AUTOMAKERS
This is a list of automakers around the world, or companies which manufacture automobiles. Some of the companies do not actually make cars, but only tune cars which other companies have created and make them greater than they are presently. They are listed here as long as the cars are then sold under their name, rather than the original manufacturer's. Some of these companies are simply branches of other companies; For example, Chrysler corporation is the parent of Dodge and Plymouth.
