Kids should be given napalm sticks for many good reasons.

One is that, should they be caught in the rain in the middle of a drizzly, wet Northwestern forest (visualize somewhere close to Seattle ... feel the moisture creep into your bones ...), heck, they could use the sticks to start a fire and warm themselves ! And if the fire got out of control, and burned a large section of that boring old forest, well, that would make it easier for the helpful Rangers to find the kids.

Another good reason is that, generally speaking, giving dangerous things to people gives them a chance to off themselves, which (on the average, of course) improves the average brightness of the average person. Averagely. This also means that one should give really sharp chisels to kids and hand axes to kids.

Thirdly, kids like model airplanes. And what should a model airplane drop on the model jungle in the backyard ? Nice, flaming ... napalm sticks !

dem bones claims that "'s napalm STICKS to in a sticky-glue kinda way...DO I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING MYSELF?" ,

To which I can only answer "Yeah, you must do Everything by yourself". I will not go for alternate parsings. You insist in speaking that bizarre Low-Germanic dialect that you quaintly call English, you are bound to confuse and be confused (look even this last sentence is a mess, it contains an implied "if" like ten miles into it, and you just have to understand it, bone-dude, because you are a native speaker).

Now, if you expressed yourself in LISP, things would be different. But you insist on EN_us. There is no hope. Osteodilemmas will for ever abound.

We used to sing this all of the time back at college. Calvin College, to be precise (The theologian, not the comic book character or president)

(To the tune of Jesus Loves the Little Children

Napalm sticks to little children
All the children of the world
Red and Yellow, Black and White
They are burning through the night
Napalm sticks to all the children of the world

*bows* Thank you, thank you.

The way I originally heard it was from a United States Marine sung as cadence while marching. Just another part of the brain washing and assimilation or Maybe to instill a separation from reality for them, I don't know.

Fair warning to the weak of stomach, this is a bit more gruesome.

Here we go.......

Napalm, napalm, sticks to babies Napalm, napalm, sticks to babies Napalm, napalm, sticks to babies Napalm sticks to little old ladies.

I am so very sorry.

I am told this is a cadence once sung by recruits in the Marine Corps, and also sung by midshipmen (who borrow many of the Marines' traditions for their own version of "boot camp"). If it was in fact sung by anyone at the Naval Academy, it isn't anymore because the current administration has realized the power of public perception upon the military- and a bunch of college age kids singing about war crimes has a drastic effect upon public perception.

Napalm Sticks to Kids

We shoot the sick, the young, the lame,
We do our best to maim,
Because the kills all count the same,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Chorus: Napalm sticks to kids,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Flying low across the trees,
Pilots doing what they please,
Dropping frags on refugees,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Goods in the open, making hay,
But I can hear the gunships say,
"There'll be no Chieu Hoi today,"
Napalm sticks to kids.

See those farmers over there,
Watch me get them with a pair,
Blood and guts just everywhere,
Napalm sticks to kids.

I've only seen it happen twice,
But both times it was mighty nice,
Shooting peasants planting rice,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Napalm, son, is lots of fun,
Dropped in a bomb or shot from a gun,
It gets the gooks when on the run,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Drop some napalm on a farm,
It won't do them any harm,
Just burn off their legs and arms,
Napalm sticks to kids.

CIA with guns for hire,
Montagnards around a fire,
Napalm makes the fire go higher,
Napalm sticks to kids.

I've been told it's not so neat,
To catch gooks burning in the street,
But burning flesh, it smells to sweet,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Children sucking on a mother's tit,
Wounded gooks down in a pit,
Dow Chemical doesn't give a shit,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Bombadiers don't care a bit,
Just as long as the pieces fit,
When you stuff the bodies in a pit,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Eighteen kids in a No Fire Zone,
Rooks under arms and going home,
Last in line goes home alone,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Chuck in a sampan, sitting in the stern,
They don't think their boats will burn,
Those damn gooks will never learn,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Cobras flying in the sun,
Killing gooks is lots of fun,
Get one pregnant and it's two for one,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Shoot civilians where they sit,
Take some pictures as you split,
All your life you'll remember it,
Napalm sticks to kids.

NVA are all hard core,
Flechettes never are a bore,
Throw those PSYOPS out the door,
Napalm sticks to kids.

Gather kids as you fly over town,
By throwing candy on the ground,
Then grease 'em when they gather 'round,
Napalm sticks to kids.

This is the version I heard as a running cadence during my time in the Corps. As NotFabio noted of his version, this cadence is none too popular with the brass or the Staff NCOs with any concern for their career, so you usually only hear it on platoon runs, if then. For the verses the guide would call one line and the formation would repeat it, but for the chorus the guide simply called the first line and the formation answered with the second line.

Grab your bombs and kill some people Throw some napalm on the square Do it on a Sunday morning Kill them on their way to prayer

*CHORUS* 'Cause napalm, it sticks to kids Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside

Aim some missiles at the schoolyard As the teacher rings the bell Look at all those kiddies cryin' As the schoolhouse burns to hell

Throw some candy in the schoolyard Watch those kiddies gather 'round Lock and load with my 2401 Mow those little fuckers down

Rape their horses, kill their women Eat their little babies, too We're Marines with M-16s So tell me who the fuck are you?

1)240 refers to the M240G automatic weapon, a 7.62 MM machine gun.
