With apologies to those of you of the more emotional persuasion, True Love is also the title of a reasonably successful PC-based Ren'ai (dating sim, often referred to as 'Gal Games'), translated from Japanese by Otaku Games.

You play a student at a prestigious Tokyo college who lives on his own in an apartment bought for him by his father. During the game, which runs from July one year to July the next, you meet and befriend ten female characters, all of which you have a chance of falling in love with. Your choices of what to do on any given day and what to say to the girls you meet affects the outcome of the game, and which girl, if any, you end up with.

The game is of course drawn in a manga stylee, featuring the usual plethora of wide-eyed, big breasted, slim waisted girls with unusually-colored hair. The girls also neatly fall into the usual gal game categories. There's the sporty one, the brainy one, the artistic one, the rebellious one, the one you've known since you were a young child, and the sister of your best friend. And obviously your hot female teacher.

As a sideline to the love-finding action, there is also some fairly explicit hentai content. It's definitely few and far between enough for the game to qualify more as a dating sim than an H Game, but what there is is pretty hot and steamy. Not that that's a bad thing. Anime chicks rule!

Now i'm going out into the physical world to find True Love for real...
