who would probably not think to have thier crations spread beyond a small circle of friends. Where once a physical boundry existed between the games creator and possible players there is now an open distribution channel

products. Many of these games are distributed in PDF
format alowing the players to do the actual production themselves.
Groups like the Microgame Design Group
have sprung up to help organize budding game makers, get them exposure in the gaming community
, and possibly move them on to commerical ventures.
