Asterix comics. Plays appalling melodies (I gather) with extremely trite and irritating lyrics. His musicality often results in his own personal injury.
A trio of musicians from
Melbourne,
Australia. Deriving their name from the above-mentioned comic-book character, together they compose and perform both electronic and acoustic music. Their style has been described as both "
wak-step" and "
retardcore". Since the start of 2002 their direction has been focused on a revisitation of
darkside jungle, (akin to
4 Hero circa 92-3) but with a significantly electro leaning. (less
vocal samples, more
synth harmonies)
