One of four ACH-47A attack helicopters assigned to "Guns-A-Go-Go". Tail number 64-13154, it was lost in February 1968 in the assault against Hue during the Tet Offensive. Forced down by enemy fire, The crew's escape was covered by Easy Money as the North Vietnamese walked mortar fire onto the aircraft and destroyed it. As one of the last two aircraft in the detachment, its loss signalled the end of the ACH-47A's career in Vietnam, as the US Army refused to allow the aircraft to operate alone.
