Dissolve one
teaspoon sugar and one
package yeast in one
cup warm water.
Add:
Three cups warm water
One cup soft lard
One cup sugar
One teaspoon salt
Lemon flavour
Knead in about eight cups flour. Let stand 2 hours. Knead down, let stand two more hours. Shape into small buns. Bake in the morning.
