Make like a tree and leave.

"Go, I say, go away, boy. You're bothering me."
-- Foghorn Leghorn

An American English slang idiom, probably pre-2000 but for sure post, kick rocks is used to dismissively, and often disdainfully, tell someone to go away and/or quit bothering one, if only temporarily. It is an insult directed toward another, most often when their actions are considered to be annoying, or at least a complete and pointless waste of time. Similar to piss off, but not nearly as strong in emotion as either fuck off or go to hell as far as this author is concerned. Think of it as the verbal equivalent of shooing away a pesky fly. Many other phrases are synonyms, too: Feel free to explore.

As for a brief rock-kicking how-to:
While balancing on one's off foot, draw back one's dominant leg, take aim at an appropriately sized rock, then forcefully bring one's dominant leg and foot forward quickly and connect with the target previously selected. Practice makes perfect, so repeat as often as necessary, concentrating on both one's form and one's accuracy. Don't forget to bend the knee for maximum power.
