Sweetened Lime Juice
Serve with each liquid in a different shotglass. Hold the Irish Cream in your mouth; add the lime juice, mix in your mouth and swallow fast.
Not to dispute moJoe's recipe, but I am uncertain that the Absolut Citron would produce the desired effect, which is to cause the Irish Cream to curdle in your mouth. You wind up with a sweet, slightly cheesy, rapidly solidifying substance in your mouth. This was the first drink I had on my 21st birthday, and I actually enjoyed it. My sadistic side causes me to order it at any 21st birthday celebrations I am at for the lucky person. I don't believe in drinking someone into a stupor, but rather showing them that not everything vicious about alcohol has to do with price and alcohol content.
