Scaphoid Lunate Triquetrum Pisiform
Trapezium Trapezoid Capitate Hamate
From
radial to
ulnar,
proximal to
distal (look at your right hand, palm down, and start on the thumb side.
Go across four (Scaphoid Lunate Triquetrum Pisiform,) then back to the thumb side.
