A chain of high-end steakhouses. There are Morton's restaurants in over 30 US cities (and one in Singapore that I know of). You're probably going to be sitting next to one of the three kinds of people who frequent expensive restaurants: those with large expense accounts, young couples on a big night out, and doddering heirs and heiresses.
Morton's is generally decorated in a style I'd call High American West, black and white pictures of hunters, 10 liters bottles of Bordeaux, overstuffed leather armchairs, you get the picture. The food's to die for though, great steaks, better lobsters, the finest potatoes under the sun. The wine lists are very respectable. Always save room for dessert.
