1 can, #2 size yellow wax beans
1 can #2 size green beans
1 can #2 size red kidney beans
3/4 cup, diced onion
1/2 cup, diced green pepper
3/4 cup, granulated sugar
1 teaspoon, salt
1/2 teaspoon, pepper
1/2 cup, white vinegar
1/2 cup, corn or canola oil

Drain the beans well and pour into a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, except the oil, into a saucepan and put on low heat until sugar is dissolved. Combine with beans and oil. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. Serve chilled. If you would like a little color, a little pimento looks nice.
