1 minute Tree Pose: 5 sets each leg

Tuesday, January 19, 2010: Dance Dance Revolution. 40 minutes on the clock, 30 minutes game time, 273 Calories burned (calculated).

Wednesday, January 20, 2010: Worked late today, took the night off.

Thursday, January 21, 2010: Ordinarily I take my bowling night off, but since my middle name isn't exactly "Dedication", I did Wednesday's DDR routine to get into better habits. 40 minutes clock time, 30 minutes game time, 239 Calories burned (calculated).
Incidentally, I bowled a 173, a 191, and a 149. My current average is 159.

Friday, January 22, 2010: Watched the last two episodes of The Ghost Busters 1975 live-action TV show from NetFlix while working out.

It's probably time to increase my reps on this.
