If you have just stuck your fingers together or to something. Just soak the bonded area in acetone ( the active ingredient in nail polish remover). When the bond breaks, rinse the area well to prevent rebonding. If acetone is not available, soak the bonded area in warm soapy water and gently peel or roll the bonded areas apart.
If this fails, seek medical attention.
