Kinesology comes in two "varieties":
Applied Kinesology is a form of chiropractic therapy and diagnostic method for determining health status through muscle testing, and also a therapy wherein the practitioner applies a light
finger-tip massage to various pressure points on the body or
head. This is done to stimulate or relax key muscles.
Clinical Kinesology was introduced 20 years later, by Alan Beardell,
and involves precise manipulations, called hand-modes, directed towards the skull or arm muscles to head musculosketel injuries, sports injuries, back or spinal pain.
