I'm sincerely concerned about the people I see around me each day. I work with some guys and gals, some of whom get some exercise and some who don't.
It doesn't take much real work, but if you don't get some aerobic exercise (say, a couple of miles every other day with your heart rate getting into the training zone and staying there), you're going to be really screwed one day; a day sooner than you might think.
The thing that gets me is the skin color and overall texture of the skin on people who exercise and those who don't. Hell, I don't really care what you do, but shouldn't you try to do something to keep what you were born with?
