Bandobras Took, better known as Bullroarer, was the closest thing Hobbits had to a legendary warrior. He gained his fame by leading the group that defeated an Orc-band in the Battle of Greenfields, personally slaying the leader of the Orcs. He was the third tallest Hobbit in history, standing four feet and five inches high. He was also able to ride a horse, which was quite a feat for any Hobbit. Bandobras was the son of either Thain Isengrim II or Isumbras III and his descendants were the North-Tooks.
