Guys aren't the only ones who talk in movie quotes. I do that quite a bit myself. It's fun to be able to reference films randomly, especially when it's in context with the conversation already in progress, like "No ticket!," "These aren't the (fill in appropriate plural noun here) you're looking for," "You don't need to see my identification," and thousands of others. Kevin Smith films rock partly because he uses quotes from other fims for humor, which makes his characters seem more real, a good quality for an independent filmmaker to have. Unfortunately, not everyone appreciates this sort of humor and it can get annoying when used too often or when the quotes used are so badly mangled, they become unrecognizable.
