A
recipe for
lamb chops marinated in
port or
apple juice, with a
raspberry glaze.
Ingredients
Instructions:
Mix the port (or apple juice), sage and black pepper together, and
marinate the lamb chops in the mixture for four to twenty-four hours.
Remove the lamb chops and broil them until done. Mix the marinade and the raspberries in a skillet, and cook over low heat, mixing together with a wooden spoon.
Unfortunately I've lost the original recipe so that's all from my sketch memory of it, although I think it's enough to make it. It's really good, if you like lamb chops. I think it goes well with roasted vegetables.
