Noise Rock is the perfect blend of energy and chaos. While most musicians focus on melody and all that technical bullshit, noise rockers focus on the way sound affects themselves and the audience. Don't ask a noise rocker, "Hey, do you play a minor pentatonic or a major?" because he/she doesn't give a fuck.
I'm not going to go into too much detail. You need to witness noise rock to understand it, because it's just energy, that's all it is.
