crisp, usually
triangular wafer made from
corn meal. Also known as a
tortilla chip. One of those
American mutations of Mexican food.
A good corn chip is made from corn, oil, and a little bit of salt, and nothing else. A bad one (like Doritos) is covered with a slimy crust of synthetic spices and additives.
Corn chips may be enjoyed with salsa or other dips.
Also, any microprocessor developed in the Midwest.
