Slang term for straight people.

"This used to be such a good bar. But then it got written up in the newspaper and all the breeders started coming."

Oh, this is generally considered derogatory. Depending on who says it, there will be different inflections. Some queer people want to have children, and it can be an expression of sour grapes, much like old people who don't think young people value their youth. Other times, it's just used as a delimiter of difference, and used as an insult in an inversion of standard social norms. Then again, it's just slang. Lots of times, there's no ulterior meaning. It's just what you call straight people, unless they're members of the Church of Euthanasia.
