Booklet is the term for the small brochures, lyric- or information-sheets that come in CD covers nowadays. The booklet (this applies especially to releases where the artist doesn't only perform, but also make the music) normally comes as wonderful tiny artwork, often enhancing the personal consumption of the record. It almost always contains:

The lyrics (if any) are also printed in the booklet very often. For me fondly created booklets are a very good reason to buy a record instead of only downloading it (maybe the inferiority of booklets, widespread in popular music records where the only information in the booklet is who (other than the artist) wrote the songs and where to get merchandise, is also a reason for the declining sales figures in these music genres).

Book"let (?), n.

A little book.
