These are really easy and really FAST to make!
Stuffed Tofu Triangles
Steam spinach over boiling water in covered pot until it wilts
. In a bowl, combine spinach with cheese and salt. Cover and set aside.
Slice tofu into 1-inch-thick slabs, press gently to drain.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Fry tofu in hot oil until golden brown.
Cut each square of tofu in half diagonally. Cut out middle of each triangle to make a pocket, leaving a 1/4 inch wall.
Gently press spinach-cheese mixture inside each triangle. Sprinkle Goma-shio on surface.
