Milka chocolate bars were at first only the Milka "Lila Pause", a standard chocolate bar with the
crunchie biscuit. Later on also with raisins. For writing this node I checked their website (http://www.milka.de , only a german version), and they appear to have new chocolate varieties: marmor, ice,
yoghurt, almond,
Apfelstrudel and
marzipan (pictures at http://www.milka.de/lilaland/index.html click Alpenmilch&Co).
However, they are most famous (in Europe at least) because of the lila/purple wrapper with a lot of
marketing with purple
cows in the
Alps. It is even that sad, that
Kindergarten kids in the big cities were drawing purple cows because they hadn't seen any cow IRL.
