A move done on a snowboard or a surfboard (or with a skateboard on the lip of a pool). Usually a large amount of speed is obtained while heading for a wave lip or a snow-wall. The board is turned sideways and the body is twisted and arched back, letting the tail of the board swish in an arc and producing a spray of snow or water.
