Philip Berrigan is in jail again for trying to dismantle a plane that dropped depleted uranium bombs in Iraq and Bosnia. Just as the Catonsville Nine were questioning the lawfulness of the Vietnam War, Philip Berrigan's recent action challenged the legality of the bombers he was dismantling. In both trials, the case against war itself was dismissed.
I took the line "Deliver us unto each other" from Daniel Berrigan's prayer in the documentary An Act of Conscience.
