A logical fallacy where the cause of an event makes an insignificant contribution compared to that of other causes. Note that if all causes are equally insignificant, then it is not a fallacy.

Example: "I knocked the building down by kicking it", ignoring the huge wrecking ball that hit it at the same time.
Unexample: "I helped defeat the Republicans and Democrats by voting for Jesse Ventura." You did help, because every vote carries the same weight.

To prove the fallacy, identify the more significant cause.
