Gräfenberg spot: a zone of erotically sensitive glandular tissue, palpable at finger depth through the
anterior wall of the
vagina during sexual arousal, that corresponds to the
prostate gland in the male, and that may release fluid through the
urethra at the climax of orgasm (named for
Ernest Gräfenberg, 1881-1957).
