1 oz. Blue Curacao, 1 oz. Rum, Splash of Sour mix & Pineapple juice

Shake, pour over ice in Tall glass

Another tasty variant:
2 parts light rum
1 part blue curacao
1 part coconut cream
Pour over ice and fill with pineapple juice. Add a little paper umbrella, and sit back and enjoy.
