An 8-part
multi-timbral digital rackmount sampler released in the early
90s.
The S01 is a simple low-end sampler resembling a stripped down version of the S1000.
It features 16-bit mono sampling with 32kHz sampling frequency. The unit holds a maximum of 8 samples in 1MB of RAM, which can be upgraded to 2MB. An onboard 3.5" floppy drive is included.
Basic editing parameters like tuning, trimming and looping are available. There are two MIDI ins in addition to out/thru.
