Pronounced stuh-LEECH-nah-yah. A brand of vodka imported from Russia. One of the best you can get in America, but I prefer Wyborowa, from Poland. Another Russian vodka, supposedly the best, is Kubanskaya. It is not available in the USA to my knowledge, except maybe on the black market.
Many americans mispronounce the name, or try to shorten it to "Stoly." When they do this, they are really saying the russian word for "tables"!
