Beauvoorde is a traditional
Belgian cheese, made of cow's milk. It is mild and somewhat spicy, and was created by
Arthur Djes of
Beauvoorde Village.
This semi-hard cheese is formed into a hexagon shape, and has a grey rind which is not usually eaten.
