Degrassi Jr. High character
Wheels was a great guy. He used to be a fun, caring dude. His adoptive parents were good loving parents, perhaps too sheltering... and this was all good until season 3.. when his parents die in a drinking and driving accident. Wheels can't deal with it at all, and becomes a first grade asshole. He becomes selfish and rude to his friends, grandparents and everyone else around him. Joey Jeremiah and Archie Simpson (Snake) his best friends and bandmates in The Zit Remedy try to help him but Wheels won't listen. His destructive behavior culminates in a gory finale where he drinks and drives and kills a young girl, and blinds Lucy Fernandez. Tragic.
