Colchuck Peak is located off Mountaineers creek in the Enchantment Lakes Wilderness area. It is accessed primarily via Icicle Creek, turn left onto 8 mile road, drive to trailhead. Hike 2.6 miles to Colchuck Lake trail. Hike up 1.6 miles to Colchuck Lake. Dragontail Peak and Colchuck Peak are left and right respectfully. Asgaard Pass is to the left of Dragontail, and Colchuck Glacier is between Dragontail and Colchuck peak.
Extremely beautiful area, but get permits in season (May 15th - ?) 'cause I forgot one last year, and a sweet woman named Joy took great pleasure in fining me $100.
