This meme is based on the premise that women's recreational sexuality exists for men's pleasure (women's reproductive sexuality is a separate, and largely unrelated, issue).
This meme has very little to do with lesbian sexuality, and has everything to do with male voyeurism - the lesbian sex act, in this context, does not exist without a male viewer to validate it.
