Lord Brawl, you make it sound like a bad thing... you should know better than that. I'm surprised there isn't a separate site. For whatever reason, the
Canadian government (as I'm sure you know) is forever protecting us from those bad
Yankee's to the south... :)
To address your points, though;
- The separate site would ensure adequite Canadian content on the site, because that is an important part of protecting us from the evils that lurk to the south.
- The French translation could only make things better for those who wished would be given the opportunity to learn another language.
- The downvote comment is somewhat true; at least for me. I prefer to find good nodes to vote up rather than bad ones to vote down. But it's funny how we are always thought of as being nice.
- I would love to see the 'proper' spelling of 'U' words all over the place... that is a serious pet-peeve of mine. But in a global environment, I guess I can't be picky.
