This is a horrible movie. The lead character Sam Hell played by Rowdy Roddy Piper of WWF fame is a prisoner in a futuristic world. The world has mostly been taken over by mutant humanoid froglike creatures who enslave the last few humans around. Sam Hell is a prisoner of the few remaining women who have a bomb strapped to his manhood that will blow up should he stray to far. He's sent on a mission to rescue a group of fertile women from the evil leader mutant frog guy. If you like bad movies, as I do, this is a good one to watch.
