Instant Wet Pirate Pants (thing)

I have a pair of khakis whose lining is printed with green and white skulls. I had always assumed that they were Instant Pirate Pants, just that they had to be turned inside-out, possibly in a phone booth, Superman-style. However, today I learned that when they get wet, the khaki material becomes translucent, and the lining shows through, making it appear that they're printed with skulls on the outside. They're truly Instant Wet Pirate Pants.
