The Z-Pak® packaging is very user friendly; it makes it very clear that the first day's dose (helpfully located underneath an arrow pointing to "Your first day's dose") consists of two pills, and that each additional daily dose is only one pill.
Speaking as a person with attention deficit disorder, I can attest to the fact that a Z-Pak, whatever its weak points may be, makes it very easy to take the right dose at the right time. Good to know that Pfizer has more than one good thing going for it.
