An extremely
easy-to-make,
wonderful-tasting
dish that I got from my
college next door neighbor Crystal.
1 cup uncooked rice
1 10.5 ounce can Campbell's Beef Consomme Soup
1 10.5 ounce can Campbell's French Onion Soup
1/2 stick butter/margarine
Crystal added a jar of chopped mushrooms, but I don't like mushrooms, so I omit this and I don't know the size jar she used.
Put all ingredients into a casserole dish. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
