1889-1951 Austrian-British Philosopher, a genius of the first rank, Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus 1921. He visited the mathematician and philosopher Gottlob Frege (1848-1925), who recommended that he study with Bertrand Russell in Cambridge.
He knew fellow student John Maynard Keynes. Philosophical Investigations 1953. His work laid groundwork for Logical Positivism.
