Sarah Schenirer was a Polish seamstress who founded the first Beis Yaakov in the early 20th century. Most Beis Yaakovs (as well as spin-offs such as T.A.G.- Torah Acadamy for Girls, and others) commemerate her today by teaching little girls to sing the following song:

In a little town in Poland
Not so many years ago
Lived the mother of Beis Yaakov
May her memory always glow
May her memory always glow

There is more (something about her sewing clothes for bodies whose souls were unclad) but, blissfully, I have forgotten it.
