Lean Ground Beef
2 Teaspoons
Salt
2 Teaspoon
Seasoning Salt
½ Teaspoon
Garlic Salt
¼
Cayenne Pepper
1 ½ Teaspoon
Water
1 ½ Teaspoon
Liquid Smoke
1 Teaspoon
Worcestershire Sauce
Mix all ingredients. Let stand at room temperature for ½ hour. Press fimly into cookie sheet as thin as possible. Put into freezer until frozen. Cut into one inch strips.
To cook in oven: Place oven at lowest heat. Dry with oven door closed for awhile. Then prop door open and continue drying 12 -16 hours. Turn it once or twice while drying. Use a paper towel to blot excess fat.
