A secret family recipe from generations of Texans.
Melt margarine in oven proof pan. Add brown sugar, mix well, stir in vinegar and Kraft BBQ Sauce. Add any meat drippings and 3 cups water. Stir until hot, do not boil. Add meat and bake for one hour at 325ºF.
Meat = any thick beef cut - brisket, arm, pot or rump roast.
Put roast in Brown-n-Bag, cut a slit in the top of the bag.
Bake at 200º for four hours.
Slice in quarter inch slices.
Add sliced beef and drippings to BBQ Sauce and bake for one hour at 325º.
