Lombard and Ulster Banking Limited.
The place where I was working when I started actually figuring out what everything is.
This was mainly due to the lack of
telnet access. I wasn't able to logon to our student server
redbrick
It is part of the
Ulster Bank Group and also the Royal Bank of Scotland group.
The name is picked from the dictionary meaning of
Lombard and because it is paired with
Ulster Bank.
I'm desinging their webpage (www.lombard.ie) which may or may not be up at the time of you reading this.
They are located in
Dublin,
Ireland on George's Quay.
Oh yea, they are an
insurance company or sorts.
