A handy UNIX tool for setting your computer's clock to correct time.
rdate uses the "time" service (RFC 868) on any remote host to get the time. Once you find a sufficiently near and correctly timed NTP server that also supports this protocol, just say "rdate nwhereveritis" to set the computer's clock.
(It's strange that many some servers I know that are named "ntp.whatever.fi" do not respond to ntpdate command, but work just fine with rdate...)
