A neurobiologist or neuroscientist is someone who studies how the brain and other parts of the nervous system work. There are many ways to approach the study of neurobiology. Some neurobiologists are interested in what happens on a cellular or even subcellular level. Some are interested in how networks of cells behave. And some are interested in what the behavior of entire organisms tells us about the underlying mechanisms.
