only fruit before noon
choose to eat protein (
meat, cheese,
nuts)
or carbohydrates (pasta, rice, bread, potatoes, chips etc.)
and plenty of vegetables at every
meal (except before
noon of course!)
wait four hours between a carb meal and a
protein meal and vice versa
the saddest part is that you do not get to eat refined
sugar (sigh)....
