Scots are some of the most friendly people when they're drunk, and have far better track record than the
English (see
football hooliganism).
As far as
Groundskeeper Willie goes, he's the most inaccurate,
exaggerated and quite frankly
damn funny representation of a Scot I've seen on
TV.
